Hi my Name Is Darryn John Murphy I would like to submit this poem to go on site
Title : One Nation of Many Tongues
One light from heaven to lead the way
And where we watched the children play
From sun drenched shores the ocean roared
And to our hearts we had endured
What governs us can never divide us beneath the shining sun
For we are unique, one nation of many tongues
To our surprise our hope survived
Even in the darkest of times
Had we sheltered not from pain
Then to dance like children in the rain
Grains of sand flow through my fingers
And in the heavens clouds seem to linger
What be this stench on barren earth
Had we lost ourselves among the surf
One nation beneath the setting sun
One nation, a land of many tongues
And I could hold a gentle light
To our spirit that shone so bright
Thank you for your time Darryn John Murphy
